Distress Crayons

I bought some Tim Holtz Distress Crayons and I am loving them.  This is my first project using them.  I colored each block and wiped them with a baby wipe being careful to use a different area of the wipe so I didn't mix the colors.  It's so simple and there are many other ways you can use these.

Coffee

I bought a crafting magazine and this cute stamp set was in it.  You can never have too many coffee stamp sets can you??  Have I mentioned how much I love coffee?  So, the first card I totally scrap lifted from Helen Gullet. She has the most amazing designs. Whenever I see a card I like I save it so when I have time to make cards I go back and look at them for inspiration.  I noticed that most of the cards I have saved are Helen's.

Beautiful Friendship

Fishers of Men

I am "hooked" on the Joy Clair, Fishers of Men | Bible Journaling Clear Stamp Set.  I used Tim Holtz Distressed Stain Spray for the background.  I have been working on these for awhile to get the look what I want. I actually found another way to do the fish (see second image) so I am going to make more cards using that technique.  I am making these for one of my bible study groups but since I posted them on FB other friends really like them so I will probably give them out. 

For this image I stamped it with black ink and then embossed it with Sparkle Embossing Powder.
